It is better to do some homework before you actually buy a product at the superstore. Check out the unit price of any product and not the package price. The unit price means the cost of the product per ounce or per pound etc. The package price is the cost of the entire item. You need to compare this price with other similar items so that you will be able to decide which one is better.

Remember to check the ‘expiration date’ or ‘Use before’ date on eatables and medicines to make sure you are buying freshly manufactured products only.
